By [Jonathan Edwards] Miklos Veto
Paris: L'Harmattan, 2007. Very Good. Paris: L'Harmattan, 2007. New Revised Edition. Octavo; 556pp. French-language throughout. Printed white glossy wraps. Covers lightly shelfworn but with no chips or tears. Spine straight and unbroken. Binding is sound and pages unmarked.

Two typed, signed letters by Veto to Edwards scholar Wilson Kimnach laid in -- the first, dated December 22 1991 on Universite de Rennes I letterhead, is a warm and chatty Christmas greeting with some discussion of translation. The second, dated March 16 (1992 by the envelope's postmark) and on Center of Theological Inquiry letterhead, encloses a copy of another letter to University of Illinois Press editor Richard Martin about a possible translation of Veto's Edwards book, and asking Kimnach to send along a note to Martin on Veto's behalf. An English translation would finally appear in 2021 from Wipf and Stock Publishers, the year after Veto's death, with Kimnach providing the foreword.
