Includes 75 pgs. of text plus 12 elaborate, large plates (most of them fold-outs, most with rich color). Folio, gilt-titling and emblem along the front panel. Light spotting and soiling along the front panel's top and fore-edge, mild offsetting to the rear panel's top-edge. Still though, solid and very presentable. A nice example of 19th century New York water supply (water department) history.
