Vanity printing, a personal selection of favorite international cocktails, from George Zabriskie (1868 - 1954), a descendant of the earliest Polish settlers in New Amsterdam (later New York) in 1662. He apparently enjoyed a rich social life and served as President of the New York Historical Society. This book is one of many he privately printed as Christmas presentations to family and friends. This copy is inscribed to friends of Zabriskie at the beginning of the preface and signed by him at its end. Near fine copy inside and out. 1200 copies printed, per colophon.
