Siouxsie and the Banshees' seventh studio album, and the first with new guitarist John Valentine Carruthers. "Tinderbox" has since been hailed as one of the band's best albums, as well as one of the best albums of 1986. Beginning a year before the album's release and six months before the October 1985 release of "Cities in Dust," the "Tinderbox" tour included stops throughout Europe, North America, and South America, and ended on December 5, 1986, in Buenos Aires.
