Illustrated. With the compact disc at the rear. There are a couple of minor indentations to the surface of the spine. The dust jacket has light surface and edge wear. From the dust jacket- "Many who grew up in Colonia Dublan never knew any other bishop than Anson Bowen Call. The steadiness of his hand as leader of the colony is legendary, but even more remarkable are the many examples of his faith under trying circumstances- calling down the blessings of heaven in times of drought; being instrumental in actual miracles during the perilous decade of the Mexican Revolution; even enduring his own near-execution by firing squad at the hands of rebels- to name just a few."
