Slipcase rather scuffed and toned, else a Near Fine copy. Signed by Bixby on colophon, accompanied by a more extensive signed inscription on front free endpaper to an I.H. Lionberger. Laid in typescript note also addressed to Lionberger accompanying this volume with the assurance that "No part of this has ever been printed, and no copies will be offered for sale.
