Handmade 10.5" Paper Doll "Bill

United States: N.p., 1930. Very good.. Dapper, charming, and fashionable, "Bill" is a unique handmade paper doll from c.1930s with five full outfits, two overcoats, and a matching hat. Notable for the artist's attention to detail (two separate tiny bowties, including one for the tuxedo which is tucked under the white lapels) and how well/realistically the doll has been drawn. Outfits made form construction paper with pencil for details. The doll itself has been rendered in colored pencil on thick card. Each outfit has tabs to secure onto the doll.
