Cleveland, Ohio: The Goldsmith Company, 1928. Good. Toning, dust soiling, some wear to extremities. Most leaves loose or loosening from stapled spine, modern cloth tape reinforcement. Staple rust. A very charming acrobatic ABC alphabet, with each letter featuring clowns forming the letters out of paired contorted poses. For the letter "C": "Entwined like this we bend and curve Our bodies in the air, And thus we make as fine a C As limber muscles dare".

Single volume (14.75" by 10"), pp. [8], illus., stapled in original illus. wrps. Printed on linen-like paper, giving the book a nice tactile feel for children.
