A young upper-middle class Italian man joins Mussolini's Organization for Vigilance and Repression of Antifascism, and his first assignment is to assassinate his former teacher, a political dissident now residing in France. An intricate and incisive examination of the psychological tribulations of a man who will do anything to be "normal," compared stylistically to early German Expressionist works, such as Leni Riefenstahl's "Triumph of the Will" (1935) or Fritz Lang's "Metropolis" (1927).

6.75 x 8.5 inches. Near Fine.

Arrow Academy 709. Grant Italy. Schrader 14.
