Goodrich and Robert Whitten. Solid and VG in its stapled gray card wrappers. The text has separated from the wrappers but is still complete and very sturdy. 2 small former owner stamps ("Olmsted Brothers -- Brookline, Mass.") on the front free endpaper. 5 large fold-out plans/maps, the last one affixed to the rear pastedown.
