Octavo (21.5cm.); modern blue stitched card wrappers; [2],iii,[1],66pp. (collated, lacking half title and final blank); woodcut initials, head- and tail-pieces throughout. Slightly ex-library with faint and brief internal markings to early leaves including pressure stamp to title page, a later (19th century?) hand has added manuscript pagination throughout, dark staining along bottom quarter of most of the textblock, else a Good to Very Good copy of an uncommon work.
