A handsome copy of the 1925 1st edition of this examination of the French painter --and major artist in glass-- Maurice Marinot (1882-1960). Clean and Near Fine in its rebound gray cloth, with the lovely original front wrappers bound-in. Internally very clean, with no writing or markings to speak of. Generous photographs (of the glasswork) plus wonderful full-page drawings by Marinot --many of them in rich color-- complement Guillaume Janneau's text.
