St. Louis: City Plan Commission, 1929. Boards. Very Good +. Handsome copy of the uncommon 1929 1st edition. Solid and VG+ in its light-brown boards, with very mild spotting and rubbing to the panels, and very light wear along the fore-edges and at the tips. Tasteful "National Park Service" bookplate to the front pastedown, otherwise clean as could be internally. Lovely sepia maps (several of them in color, several of them fold-outs) and photos complementing the text. The plans driven by Harland Bartholomew, the engineer of the City Plan Commission.
