This is their second volume of "darkly weird erotica," one of several genres the author has tackled. Their oeuvre also includes science fiction, dark fantasy, and graphic novels. Kiernan's style is so distinctive that they have been called "the voice of weird fiction" and "the best weird writer of [their] generation."
