Grey buckram with pink patterned paper on the boards, generally toned, some spots of soiling, faded at the edges. Square and firmly bound, toned at the endpapers, clean otherwise. A true first printing of Munro Leaf's classic children's story about a pacifistic bull, loved by many and despised by fascist leaders like Francisco Franco and Adolf Hitler.
