Nassau County Sanitation Commission, 1935. Ephemera. Very Good +. INSCRIBED BY W. FRED WELSCH on the front fre endpaper. A very solid copy to boot of this 1935 manuscript (apparently #11 of an undetermined number), issued by the Nassau County (Long Island) Sanitation Commission. Roughly 50 clean, typed pages, bound in dark bevelled boards, with bright gilt-titling along the front panel. Folio, several tipped-in fold-out plates within the text.
