During WWII, a man from Boston joins the Air Force, but is soon captured and forced to live in a prisoner of war camp. After the war he returns home, only to face rejection by his family, prompting him to move to California. He is reenlisted in the army when the Korean War breaks out.
Set in California Sierras.
