Lithographed legal agreement, finished in ink and dated June 19th, 1876, recording the conditions of sale for an upcoming auction of what appears to be the estate of a deceased man, John Gerlach. Signed by "S.R. Zug(?)", the executor of the estate. No location is recorded, but the document was lithographed by J.R. Hoffer of Mount Joy, Pennsylvania. Measures approx. 7" by 8.25", arithmetic in pencil on verso.
