An uncut paper doll book for children that cleverly doubles as a catalog, advertising real children's clothes for sale at Sibley's department store in Rochester, New York. Includes three paper dolls to cut out from the upper cover (Sandy, Stephen, and Sally) ranging in size from approx. 5.5" to approx. 8.75". There are three full pages of uncut outfits, each priced. There are also three animals on the lower wrapper to cut out and play with (a lion, an elephant, and a self-standing dog). Single vol. (11.5" by 9.5"), pp. [8], printed on one side of leaf only, uncut in original illus. wrps. Note the gender roles at play: Stephen, the only boy, "needs action clothes!
