Trial package of Briar Rose Vankai. Chicago, Illinois: Briar Products Co., Inc., [1929]. Sealed envelope measuring approx. 5.5" by 3", appearing to still contain the product inside. A late 1920s/early 1930s product for waving hair in the latest style.

Printed handbill advertising Briar Rose Vankai. Chicago, Illinois: Briar Products Co., Inc., [1929]. Measures 17" by 6.25" unfolded, illus., printed on pink paper. Promoting the "Briar Rose Vankai" waving compound for women's hair.
