Red cloth, faintly pushed at the head and foot of the spine, with gilt lettering and panels on the spine and front board. Square and firmly bound, gift inscription on the front endpaper, small bumps to the top-right corner of a few pages. A beautifully illustrated edtion of this classic revenge story about an innocent girl sent away for stealing who returns with her clever band of crooks.
