Boards a bit scuffed with exposure at corners, boards discreetly reattached, small blemish to rear cover, textblock a bit toned with very occasional contemporary pencil marginalia, else a Very Good, still quite attractive copy.

First published in 1621, The Anatomy saw five heavily updated editions under the author's hand before his death nearly 20 years later in 1640. This edition printed from the "authorized copy of 1651, with the author's last corrections, additions, &c. &c.
