Illustrated with 200 examples of title pages, text pages, and illustrations reproduced by the same processes used in the original editions by artists such as Arthur Rackham, Thomas Hart Benton, and many more. Printed by the Thistle Press and A. Colish, as well as special printers for many of the inserts. Designed by Robert L. Dothard. Copy #201 of 2250, issued unsigned.
