Poupées Nestlé" -- Uncut Advertising Paper Doll

  • Paris, France: Nestlé, 1920
By
Paris, France: Nestlé, 1920. Very good. Minor toning with one or two spots. Minor short tears.. Uncut example of one of the "Poupées Nestlé", a successful paper doll marketing campaign run by Nestlé, hoping that the children who received them would ask their mothers to buy Nestlé baby formula ("Farine Lactée"). Measures approx. 7.75" by 8.75. Verso blank, appears complete in and of itself. This example features a girl with a brunette pageboy haircut in a kitchen background, with three outfits and matching hats. Nestlé baby formula can be seen in the background.
