The front cover cartoon illustration, by the artist "Dust" Wallin, depicts representations of various radical groups protesting in front of an industrial warehouse under a pitch black starry and planet-filled sky; "ORGANIZE!" The IWW's Preamble and ads for other publications are printed at the rear. Published in Chicago by the I.W.W. The cartoonist "Dust" Wallin was "known as 'the Gustave Doré of the IWW' because of his conceptual richness and engraving-like detail" (www.cartooningcapitalism.com/iww-cartoons).
