A married lawyer travels to Tehuantepec to seek the extradition of a vicious killer to Italy. He falls in love with a beautiful Mexican woman and decides to leave his wife and children in the US to live with her, unaware that a darker fate awaits him.

Set in Tehuantepec, Mexico.
