Based on the 1984 novel "Doctor Slaughter" by Paul Theroux. An American research fellow at the Arab-Anglo Institute in London moonlights as a high-priced escort to bolster her income, but soon finds herself unwittingly drawn into a dirty political scheme through one of her clients.
