The cooking recipes contained in the book "Frida Kahlo - Los sabores de mi México" are part of the collection that the painter Frida Kahlo created throughout her life and have remained unpublished until now. Mexican chef, Mónica Patiño, selected and prepared the recipes to make this work, in addition to a tribute to the memory of Frida Kahlo, an experience of color, flavor and history. Most of the objects that make up the decoration of the recipe book belonged to Frida and today are part of the Isolda P. Kahlo Archive; These were included in the presentation of the cymbals to be captured by the professional and magnificent lens of the photographer Flavio Bizzarri. As the art historian Luis Martín Lozano cites in his introductory text, this book "... has become a legacy of Mexico's intangible cultural heritage, which is that of seasoning and good taste for our food".
