The event seems to have been exciting for the small local community, and included a choir, prayers and scripture readings, and featured several different religious leaders. Single leaf measuring approx. 14.75" by 5", typographical border, verso blank. The Rev. George E. Fisher (b.1823) was a Massachusetts native who served as pastor in Mason Village for three years before returning to his home state, where he remained for the rest of his life.
