Note to text explains date of publication was pushed back in course of preparation, but original title page, with date, was retained. Bound in contemporary red textured leather with spine stamped in gilt and four raised bands. Minor wear to extremities and corners, with a chip to full width of head of spine. Text block tight, bright, and in fine condition. 5 1/2 x 8 1/2 inches. 238 pages.
