One of 250 numbered copies, published for members of the Erotika Biblion Society, Victorian imprint of Harry Sidney Nichols and Smithers, publishers and supporters of Decadent writers including Aubrey Beardsley and Oscar Wilde. Note to text explains date of publication was pushed back in course of preparation, but original title page, with date, was retained. Bound in contemporary red textured leather with spine stamped in gilt and four raised bands. Minor wear to extremities and corners, with a chip to full width of head of spine. Text block tight, bright, and in fine condition. 5 1/2 x 8 1/2 inches. 238 pages.
