It is often the first place for international diplomats with beautiful color pictures of each item in its huge diverse menus for each of their official eight banquets with Chinese and English subtitles. Jiang Xi, the former Director of the Chinese Culinary Art Association has written an introduction. A fine bright copy bound in red cloth lettered and decorated in gilt, spine gilt, housed within publishers' gold cloth slipcase lettered in black over silver, some stamping in blind. Very nice.
