Includes seven photos of neighborhoods in Hopedale, Massachusetts, developed by the architect Robert Allen Cook to accommodate the growing population of textile factory workers in the area. Includes a brief note with the development project's aim in the rear: "The town was laid out in accordance with advanced Garden City principles, and from an architectural and landscape standing is one of the most interesting examples of Garden City work in this country."
