All edges marbled. Strong and solid, a very good copy. Internally clean, brown endpapers, bookplate to front pastedown, folding charts and diagrams, some light occasional foxing. An official report on the efficacy and behaviour in conflict of armored vessels, with a special focus on the Monitor/Merrimac battle.
