1977. First edition. Spiral Bound. 65pp. Oblong quarto [22 cm x 36 cm] Red plastic spiral binding with white and black printed wraps. Illustrated with numerous black and white tipped in photographs (complete). Very good. The wraps are marginally soiled and creased, and there is a short tear in the front wrap at the spiral binding. The bottom fore edge corners of the pages are a little bumped.
