Very Good binding. 8vo.; a disbound pamphlet with remnants of a calf binding at the spine; 56 pages.~~The address was given by the then Prime Minister, Sir Robert Walpole. A general election was pending; while Walpole lost a considerable number of Whig supporters, he still retained control. His popularity was waning however.~~This pamphlet is uncommon. There are no copies in commerce as of August 21, 2024; and we find but eight institutional holdings as of this date.~. Very Good binding.
