Top edge gilt; fore- and bottom edges deckled. Housed in publisher's slipcase with blue printing to spine.
Boards bumped at all edges with slight discoloration to spine and joints. Previous owner's bookplate laid in with ghost of its adhesive on first pastedown. Newspaper clippings laid in at back. Slipcase soiled, toned, with pencil to top of back panel; chipped at edges with minor exposure to spine and top edges but still intact.
