A crocheted accordion book bound into stiff black paper covers with silver gel pen illustrations of crochet hooks and paper title label to front board. The multi-colored crocheted interior features the words: "Let go or be dragged." Additional text on the history of crochet, a poem about crochet by Shiloh Morrison, and the artist's personal experience of learning to crochet are included on paper affixed to the covers. Shattuck taught herself to crochet while working as a night nurse in Montreal, Canada. Within the book, she states: "The art of 'letting go' and crocheting creates a calm mind."
