Two printed prospectuses promoting new homes designed by the architect Arlington D. Isham, marketed to New Yorkers seeking a summertime getaway on the New Jersey coast. The larger prospectus includes floor plans for the first and second floors. Highlights neighborhood amenities including a country club, polo field, water for boating, and modern improvements including "finished streets, sewer, water, gas, electricity, cement sidewalks, etc." The front of each features a cartoon image of two eighteenth century ladies in front of one of the bungalows. Both are printed bifolia, measuring approx. 7.75" by 6.25" and 3.25" by 6
