1920s Great Lakes Region Family Photo Album - Wisconsin, Illinois, Michigan
Good +. 116 photographs. Red leatherette album bound with string, blind stamped with "photographs" and an image of a harlequin. Some photographs are attached via corner mount, while others are directly adhered to the page. Many pages are detached, and most are a bit wavy. A few photographs are creased or torn. Most photographs capture a multi-generational family's quiet, rural life; taking joy in a dip in the pond or relaxing on the porch. A few notable buildings make an appearance, including the Madison, WI capitol and the clock tower of the Mooseheart school in Illinois. Also captured is a circus parade at least partially sponsored by McCormick-Dering tractors.
