Begins with a brief pitch in support of increased hygienic practices in public: "It is a well-known fact that the spread of disease is caused by germs ... The public drinking cup and roller towel, two of the most common germ carriers, are already prohibited in many states ... We offer a complete line of goods for this life-saving work" (p. 1). Each item is illustrated with a brief description and price. Notable for its inclusion of paper cups, a relatively new hygienic practice that replaced the practice of drinking from communal cups or basins in public.
