Lima, O[hio]: Wayne Laibe Co, 1975. Unbound. Near Fine. Blue and white enamel-stamped tin license plate. Measuring 11½" x 6". Raised white outline of map of the United States, with an image of an open book and scales of justice in a circle on the left. A little of the enamel rubbed off along the bottom edge, else near fine. Date attributed from the collection of the Kentucky Historical Society. Scarce.
