Endsheets rubbed and lightly torn or chipped. Rear endsheet shows pencil claiming $2.00 for cloth binding and $3 for "lib" binding. Verso of first free endsheet and prelims toned and lightly foxed, some offsetting from leather spine examples. Small piece of manuscript paper at page 418. Pages clean; a Very Good or better example of a scarce salesman's dummy of this Teacher's Edition.
