New York: Bell Studios, 1910. Five vintage matte finish photographs of stage and early film actress Ione Bright, circa 1910s. One with the blindstamp of Bell Studio on the bottom right corner of the recto, and a stamp stating the same on the verso.

Duncan Hannah was a key figure in the burgeoning New York underground arts scene, befriending Andy Warhol and his superstars, Lou Reed, Allen Ginsberg, Patti Smith, Salvador Dali, and many others. A graduate of the Parsons School of Design, his paintings were exhibited in the influential 1980 Times Square Show alongside work by Keith Haring and Jean-Michel Basquiat, and several of his paintings are held in the permanent collection of the Metropolitan Museum of Art.

Ione Bright is best remembered today for her career as a theatre actress, appearing in numerous stage productions from 1908 through the early 1950s.

Photographs range in size from 4.75 x 6.75 inches to 8 x 10 inches. Very Good, all lightly edgeworn and age toned, one with a contemporary gift inscription on the bottom left corner of the recto.
