Collection of Polaroid Photos of an African-American Cornell University Student and his Family 1971

Unbound. Very Good/Near Fine. A collection of 33 Polaroid Land Photographs. Each is approximately 4.25" x 3.5" and is affixed to a Polaroid-branded stiff card mount. Some modest fading on several of the images, one image has been affixed a little clumsily on the card resulting in a little crease in the image, but presentable and overall very good. Undated, but 1971. A small collection of images of a middle-class African-American family, several taken at home, many during Christmas. Of interest are a few images that were taken at Cornell University and its campus, where the families' son is pictured in cap-and-gown, and his parents pictured with his diploma (alas, not easily readable), and another of them posed before the Cornell University Store. The fashions are typically early 70s and some of the Christmas gifts visible in some of the images are helpful in dating the images. A modest and pleasing little collection.
