Pastoral Themed Moveable Greeting Card

Germany, 1880. Very good. Toning, dust soiling.. A lovely pastoral-themed moveable greeting card. Includes a small tab that, when gently pulled upwards, changes the image from a small blonde girl in a pastoral setting to a portrait of a girl with wildflowers in her hair. Also reveals a greeting card message in German, which says, roughly translated: "May carefree heart and cheerful mind guide you through life easily". Chromolithographed and embossed. A very sweet item. Measures approx. 4.25" by 2.75
