Mexico: Galeria De Arte Misrachi, 1965. Boards. Very Good +. INSCRIBED BY THE GREAT MEXICAN SOCIAL REALIST PAINTER AND MURALIST DAVID ALFARO SIQUEIROS (1896-1974) on the front free endpaper. A very solid copy to boot of the 1st Mexican edition -- translated from its original English into Spanish by Emma Gutierrez Suarez-- of this impressive monograph on Siqueiros's work, published by Galeria De Arte Misrachi of Mexico City. Clean and VG+ in its dark-green cloth, with just a touch of very light staining along the top-edges of the front and rear gutters. Folio, tipped-in color plates along each recto. Introduction by Enrique Gual, the Director del Museo de San Carlos. Along with Jose Clemente Orozco and Diego Rivera, Siqueiros was considered one of the great revolutionary Mexican muralists of the 20th century.
