Kansas City, Missouri: Fred Harvey, 1925. Softcover. Very Good. Eighth edition. Oblong quarto. Illustrated in color. Blue wrappers stamped in gilt with pictorial onlay on front cover. Light soiling on pages, small creases on wraps, very good. Laid in is a Typed Letter Signed from a Margaret Grenrich[?] from the *New York Evening Journal* dated Sept. 25, 1925. The letter is addressed to a Miss Emma and Miss Helene stating that Fred, the publisher, wished to leave this album with them and goes on to update them about Fred's current status. Fred Harvey was an entrepreneur who developed one of the first restaurants chain in the United States with Harvey House lunch rooms, restaurants, souvenir shops, and hotels, which served rail passengers on several railways including the Santa Fe Railroad.
