Quarto (30cm.); original decorative red and green papier-peint over paste-paper boards, remnants of manuscript spine label only; [20],113,[1]pp. (collated complete); woodcut printer's device to title page signed in image "G.P.," initials, head- and tail-pieces throughout. Boards rather worn with smallish loss to bottom fore-edge corner, spine browned and brittle with splitting at several spots, crown pulled, old shelf label to upper cover and at spine crown, old repair along bottom edge of title page, else contents sound. A Good to Very Good example of this uncommon edition in the lovely original binding.
