(New Mexico, 1895. Unbound. Near Fine. Gelatin silver photograph. Approximately 5" x 7". Two small tape remnants on back, and a note in an unidentified later hand on verso reading: "Novaho N.M. 1895.", else near fine. A Native American woman sits outside of an adobe house, breast-feeding a naked baby. We do not know who wrote the note, but it seems likely to be correct.
