In married Third Printing dust jacket, with $2.50 price intact on flap and "3rd Large Printing" on spine. Boards in decorative tan cloth with red buckram spine and black lettering. Blue topstain. Jacket shows a few chips and tears along edges, with toning and dulling down spine and folds, a few stray waterspots and smudges to surface, and cloth tape repair on verso to a rear panel tear. Boards lightly shelfworn with some darkening along top edge; crack to rear hinge. Spine slightly cocked and a bit soiled, with nudging at head and tail. Prior owner's name in pencil on front free endpaper and scattered foxing to preliminaries. Opens easily between a few gatherings, but binding is sound.
